Ambitious new Mansfield home care service aims to raise the bar
Your Home Care has been founded by long-standing friends Paul Pitchford and Scott Marsh, and has offices and dedicated training rooms at The Sidings, Mansfield Woodhouse.
The company has already recruited the experienced Denise Pitts as its registered care manager and has applied for registration with the Care Quality Commission, the regulatory body for the care sector.

Hide AdScott Marsh said: “Having had close family members experience very different levels of home care, it’s a personal mission to help create an organisation that has the right values and standards so that care is at the next level.
“We aim to recruit around 100 staff, and we plan to achieve a CQC rating of outstanding within a couple of years.
“It’s ambitious, but we’re passionate about what we do so we know it is achievable.”
Paul Pitchford, who has a background in developing innovative technology solutions, said: “We’re creating something really special here, somewhere where people with the right credentials will want to come and work.

Mansfield MP Ben Bradley welcomed the launch.
He said: "It's great to see that a new homecare business is launching in Mansfield Woodhouse and one that has set its sights, and its standards, set high. Good luck to the team."
