Wellbeing coaching duo launch transformational ‘Rewrite Your Story’ retreat at Attenborough Nature Reserve
Professional coaches Aman Lidder of Aman Lidder Coaching and Martin Benefer of Still Water Coaching are proud to announce the launch of their exclusive Rewrite Your Story retreat, a one-day immersive experience designed to help participants pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Taking place at Attenborough Nature Reserve, Nottingham on Wednesday 17th September 2025 between 9-5PM, the retreat is designed to invite individuals from Nottingham and across the UK to take that intentional pause and rediscover what matters most.
With only 20 places available, the retreat promises an intimate, supportive environment where participants will:
- Identify what matters and clarify their next steps
- Reframe their personal stories, honouring their journey so far
- Take meaningful steps towards a purposeful future
This experience includes a nourishing lunch, refreshments and free on-site parking.
