Trio will create laughs galore

Theatre goers can save some funny money if they book early for a stand-up comedy night at West Nottinghamshire College’s Create Theatre in Mansfield.

Comedians Ivo Graham, Suzi Ruffell and Lost Voice Guy will be gracing the stage on Thursday, October 22.

Since entering the world of stand-up at the tender age of 18, Ivo Graham has flourished, winning award after award, including being the youngest recipient of the So You Think You’re Funny award. Ivo has also taken his comedy into the mainstream, appearing on Comedy Central’s Comedy Store, and performing at BBC3’s Edinburgh Comedy Festival.

Suzi Ruffell has appeared on Comedy Central’s Comedy Store, and performed at BBC3’s Edinburgh Comedy Festival. She has also written sketches for TV shows such as 8 out of 10 Cats, The Last Leg, and Stand up for the Week!

Lost Voice Guy is a truly unique comedian, with a delivery like no other. Known as Lee to his friends, he has cerebral palsy, and as a result has lost his voice. This hasn’t deterred Lee from following his passion of stand-up comedy and has adapted well, using a text-to-speech app on his iPad to communicate with his audience. Lee has many celebrity fans, including Matt Lucas.
