Win tickets for Splendour

Nottingham’s picturesque Wollaton Park is again preparing for the biggest party of the year with the Splendour festival just a few weeks away.

Chad has teamed up with its organisers DHP and has a pair of tickets for the full day event on Saturday 19th July.

The headliners this year are Brit award winning singer-songwriter Tom Odell and ‘Madchester’ legends the Happy Mondays.

Scouting for Girls, Foxes and Ron Pope make up the main stage bill.

Across the park, The Rifles join Reverend and the Makers and post-punk legends The Boomtown Rats on the second Confetti stage, for what is the city’s biggest annual music gathering.

Also entertaining the estimated 20,000 strong crowd are rising Nottingham star Saint Raymond and ska legends The Beat.

Nottingham-born singer songwriter Saint Raymond, aka Callum Burrows, has recently sold out gigs in London and at the Rescue Rooms, and is supporting Ed Sheeran later this year.

Meanwhile one of the biggest bands of the two-tone movement, ska revivalists The Beat, will bring their songs of peace, love and unity to the all-day party.

“It’s really important to us that we put on acts that can be enjoyed by the broadest range of people which is one of the reasons why we’ve chosen to include up and coming musicians as well as those who have already experienced success,” said promoter George Akins.

We have a pair of adult standard entry tickets to Splendour - worth £42.50 each - to give away.

To win, all you have to do is answer this question: where is Splendour festival held?

Email your answer along with your name, address and contact telephone number to [email protected] by midnight on Thursday 26th June.

Normal Chad competition rules apply.
