You Must Be The One To Bury Me comes to the stage on Thursday, November 12, at 7.30pm and shows one man’s grasp on reality crumbling when the fantasies, memories and monsters of his recent relationship materialise around him, subjecting him to an onslaught of romantic terrorism.

The show, which is inspired by Alain de Botton’s Essays In Love, and was created in response to the question – What remains of individual identity after being severed from a loved one?

The play explores the subjective, distorted and often confusing ways we remember experiences which have emotional attachments for us, following the relationship of Richard and Sophie from their first meeting to the onset of anxiety and heartbreak.
