The team that brought you the award-winning Great Expectations has got their teeth into Bram Stoker’s classic tale of the vampire.

Writer Andrew McPherson, director Simon Harvey and “outrageously versatile” actor David Mynne bring you a one-man performance of Dracula.

Co-founder of Kneehigh Theatre, David Mynee is the owner of one of the world’s most malleable faces, meaning that he is more than capable of conjuring up a cast of dozens.

And having got his teeth into Bram Stoker’s gothic tale, David stays true to the classic vampire story and adds his own modern day anarchy, thanks to his natural flair for comedy.

Blood and bats. Garlic and gore. Lunatics and flies. Sexy lady vampires. Coffins, crypts and the Count himself. They’re all here in this brand-new adaptation of Bram Stoker’s gothic pot-boiler, a story that has thrilled and chilled generations of readers over the years.

Be warned: this monstrous, disturbing and completely batty tale of dark deeds and the Un-Dead, will thrill and seduce you with a terrific blend of mesmerising acting and some delightfully daft drama.

This performance by Rabbit Theatre of Dracula is suitable for adults and older children (12-plus).

Tickets are available in advance or on the night. They cost between £7-£12 (concessions are available).
