Spring concert for Bach Choir
Derby Bach Choir’s spring concert will take place on Saturday, March 28, at Derby Cathedral, starting at 7pm.
The concert will feature a performance of Bach’s St Matthew Passion, written in 1727 for solo voices, double choir and double orchestra.
It is a contemplative work, regarded as a choral masterpiece.
