Ramblers head across the border at weekend

Sutton Rambling Club will offer an attractive 11.5 mile circular walk from Ashford in the Water on Sunday, November 22.

An alternative shorter route is available from Monsal Head. There will be two refreshment breaks during the day.

Features of the route will include the Monsal Trail, Deep Dale and the Magpie Mine site. The coach departure home is around 4.30pm.

The coach picks up at the Staff of Life pub in Sutton at 9.15am and from the Bancroft Lane end of Sutton Road (outside Asda) in Mansfield at 9.30am. The coach fare is £10 and accompanied juniors free. Call 01623 796396.
