Mozart at the double with DCO
Members of Derby Concert Orchestra will give the first performance of their 2015-2016 season at St Peter’s Church, based at Littleover in the city, on Saturday, October 17.
The concert starts at 7pm and will be conducted by Jonathan Trout (pictured).
There will be four pieces in the programme.
These are Mozart’s lively overture to Don Giovanni, plus the same composer’s sparkling ‘Haffner’ Symphony, as well as Elgar’s Serenade For Strings and Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony.
Tickets to the concert are £12 (£10 concessions). Under 16s get in free with an adult.
