Mansfield Burlesque performer raising money for Teddies for Loving Care

Local burlesque performer Emma Potts whose stage name is The Countess, is putting on a Burlesque Show for a charity called Teddies for Loving Care.
"Burlesque for TLC" is coming to Forest Town Arena, Mansfield this June, in hopes of raising money so more bears can be made for children in hospital who need that extra bit of comfort.
A night of Burlesque Brilliance. Hosted by The Countess, Burlesque for TLC brings sass, enticement and seduction to the stage.
Emma said: "We have troupes and soloists from across the UK, with Emilia Topaz, The Jewels and The Tiger Eyes gracing our stage along with Fierce Siren, Pixie Valentine, Ditzy Pink, Jazkit Burlesque and more!

"These fabulous ladies are giving up their time and their art to raise money for TLC."
TLC gives out gorgeous little bears to children in hospital who are going through a traumatic time, in hope it will bring comfort during their stay, and each child gets to take their bear home.
Emma continued: "When my daughter was born eight weeks early during Covid, my eldest who was four at the time was given a TLC Bear to help with not meeting her sister.
"My youngest daughter has since had many hospital appointments, and she's got her own little collection of TLC Bears which have brought her comfort when she needed it. So now I really do want to give something back.

"Even if Burlesque is not your thing, you can donate to my fundraising page, or donate raffle prizes. You can message my Facebook or Instagram page @thecountessburlesque if you'd like to help in anyway big or small. Every little helps, and will be incredibly appreciated."
