Join the festive fun at the first ever ATTFE College Santa Run, Walk, and Talk
The festive season is nearly upon us, and Academy Transformation Trust Further Education (ATTFE) College in Sutton-in-Ashfield, in collaboration with the School Games, is thrilled to host its first-ever Santa Run, Walk, and Talk event!
Event Details:
- Date: Wednesday 10th December 2025.
- Location: Ashfield Rugby Club, Larwood Park, Twickenham Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 8SF (near Ashfield Fire Station).
- Sessions: Three sessions throughout the day.
- Morning sessions for ATTFE college learners and School Games, primary schools, etc.
- Afternoon session for members of the community, organisations and individuals from 1pm to 2pm.
Participants will be able to run, walk, or simply enjoy a festive stroll at their own pace. The college will tally up the overall collective distance covered, and every participant will receive a free Santa hat!
Festive attire or fancy dress is encouraged, and there will be Santa’s Sleigh and Christmas-themed activities along the course as well.
Come along and get into the festive spirit. You can simply join in for fun or, if you wish, use the opportunity to raise funds for the Sutton Rotary Club, our chosen charity this year.
To participate, or for further information:
Email: Carol Hallam at [email protected] no later than the 5th of December.
Choirs are warmly welcome!
To add a magical musical atmosphere, we are also seeking interest from local choirs who may wish to perform at an arranged time between 10am and 2pm.
Please confirm your interest as soon as possible by emailing: [email protected]
Join us for a day of festive fun and community spirit!
