This is the first of a series of exciting gigs at the venue during the lead-up to Christmas, by a wide selection of top performers.

Chantel is a guitarist who takes the technicalities of Vai and Satriani and blends this with the excitement of Hendrix to create high energy blues-rock in the vein of Joe Bonamassa and Aynsley Lister. She is one of the rising stars of today’s British blues-rock scene.

Support on the night comes from Jack Hutchinson.

Then on Saturday, December 19, there’s the return of Nine Below Zero, the legendary r’n’b veterans.

The gig features their original band members, after over two years since their last appearance at the King Street-based venue.

It’s hard to believe that Nine Below Zero have been together for 35 years and are just as vibrant and unpredictably brilliant as they have always been.

2015 began with Mickey Burkey rejoining Nine Below Zero. Mickey played live with the band for the first time since the 80s in November 2012 at the 30th anniversary gig in Islington.

He has now rejoined the band on permanent basis to once again hook up with Brian Bethell, Mark Feltham and Dennis Greaves, the classic line-up that appeared on BBC comedy show The Young Ones in 1982.

Support on the night comes from Benjamin Bassford.

On Sunday, December 20, there will be a fourth appearance at the venue by ELO Again with their tribute to the music of the Electric Light Orchestra.

ELO Again aim to give you a dramatic taste of what the classic ELO were like in the heyday.

The whole experience is a professional re-enactment of an ELO concert with a great sound reproduction, light show and visual effects. All the big hits are performed including Livin’ Thing, Sweet Talkin’ Woman, Telephone Line, Turn To Stone and many more.

Slade UK will perform their Slade tribute act at The Flowerpot on Monday, December 21.

Since arriving on the tribute scene as Slyde Alive, Slade UK have left fans openmouthed with the accuracy of their show. Once thought impossible, Slade UK recreate the experience of a real Slade show with all the power of the original band. Once seen, they are never forgotten. Relive a time when Noddy and the lads were the best live rock and roll band in the world.

There’s more tribute heaven on Tuesday, December 22, courtesy of Bon Giovi.

They perform all the greatest hits such as Living On A Prayer, It’s My Life, Wanted Dead or Alive, as well as many others from every album ever produced in one amazing stage show which include all these hits and more, not too mention performing rare tracks that even Bon Jovi have’t performed for many years.
