Classical Bliss with Sinfonia Viva

Sinfonia Viva and conductor Andrew Gourlay will be performing at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall on Tuesday, January 27.

The orchestra will be playing Mendelssohn’s jaunty Ruy Blas Overture, Brahms’s hugely popular Symphony No 4, plus one of the evergreen works in the classical repertoire: the Mozart Clarinet Concerto with guest soloist Julian Bliss.

The concert starts at 7.30pm and is preceded by a talk at 6.30pm on the Brahms symphony by Dr Katy Hamilton from the Royal College of Music.

Ticket details are available from the Royal Centre’s box office on 0115 9895555.
