The choir, which is based at the Salvation Army Citadel in Mansfield, is growing and now has a membership of over 50 including a pleasing number of young singers.

Formed in 1926 and singing with pride and energy over nearly 90 years imbues the choristers and music team with a sense of responsibility to continue this long heritage.

Admission to the concert is by ticket, costing £6, from choir or church members or alternatively you can ring 01623 455373. Refreshments are included in the price.
