Charity gig H Stock returns

Charity rock event H Stock returns to Heanor on Saturday, November 28.

Eight bands from the area will all be performing live to raise money for children with cancer.

Shipley Working Men’s Club is once again the venue for this the annual charity rock gig.

Tickets cost £5 beforehand or £6 on the door and can be obtained from any of the bands playing, Shipley Working Men’s Club itself or from the organiser, Andy Whitt.

So far this event has raised over £14,000 and given to P.A.S.I.C (Parents Association for Seriously Ill Children) based at the Queen’s Medical Centre, in Nottingham.

Bands that are appearing this year are rock legends Dawn Trader, punk rock outfit Misspent Youth, young and upcoming rock talent Barney Rubblz, White Mammoth, Coalition, Blood Orange, These Wicked Rivers and the Pushrods.
