Award winner to perform with city choir

Award-winning British composer Jocelyn Pook will be performing at Nottingham Contemporary on Wednesday at 7.30pm.

Jocelyn and her ensemble will be joining forces with Nottingham People’s Choir, in association with the Institute of Mental Health and University of Nottingham, to perform her Anxiety Fanfare and Variations for Voices.

This is a musical exploration of everyday mental health disorders.

It was originally commissioned by the Mental Health Foundation and premièred at the Wigmore Hall as part of the Anxiety Arts Festival London 2014.
