A double bill of top tributes at Flowerpot

Top Coldplay tribute act Coldplace are to put in an appearance at The Flowerpot in Derby on Friday, July 3.

Coldplace are a tribute band whose quality and experience are second to none. They have been performing since 2004, always striving to give the audience the closest to seeing Coldplay themselves. The band all come from Grimsby and their reputation is spreading worldwide.

With mentions on Sky News and BBC radio, they’ve racked up an impressive following with over 100 gigs under their belt. Coldplace has an unnerving likeness to the real thing, especially in frontman Shane Crofts, whose look, sound and stage movement perfectly recreate Chris Martin.

They are more than likely to throw in a few choice album tracks too. These boys and girls will rock for over three hours (when they’re allowed) and give you that Bruce experience you thought you just couldn’t get anymore.

Their sets have included just about everything over the years and you will always be treated to a great mix of songs, from Jungleland and Thunder Road to The River and Promised Land, they pick from the best back catalogue around.

When The Boss stays home, Glory Days will give you what you need... Jersey style!

Doors open for both gigs at 8pm at The Flowerpot, based on King Street in Derby.

Admission is £8 for Coldplace and £10 for Glory Days.

Advance tickets are available from The Flowerpot and RAW Promotions, as well as online at www.rawpromo.co.uk
