A caring Kirkby schoolgirl has been rewarded by Morrisons in the town for her ‘fantastic fundraising’ for good causes across the area.
The supermarket giant has launched a ‘Little Sunshine’ award to recognise people who have helped their communities throughout the pandemic.
And 15-year-old Ruth Lamb has been honoured for raising money for holding charity dances and raffles.
She was presented with a chocolate hamper and gift voucher so she can treat herself for all the kindness she has shown to others.
