Police say ‘community intelligence’ helped officers arrest a man who was wanted for recall to prison.

The 32-year-old male had been ‘actively avoiding arrest’ for several days before he was apprehended by the Operation Reacher team in Ollerton on Saturday.

“This is a great example of how we work on the intelligence you provide to us,” said a police spokesman.
