MANSFIELD’S only dedicated indie night, C3R3MONY, returns to The Intake Club on Kirkland Avenue, Mansfield on Thursday 17th May with a line-up of original indie rock acts.
Retford’s Digging For Elvis kick the night off with their raw but instantly likable brand of power pop that has yielded comparisons to the likes of Ash, Foo Fighters and The Stereophonics.
Fresh from recent success at a number of Battle of the Bands events, local upstarts Tazer make their debut at C3R3MONY with an infectious mix of guitar driven attitude and 60s tinged melodies.
Leicester’s Midnight Wire headline the night. An accomplished four piece with Glastonbury experience from previous projects, Midnight Wire deliver notoriously dynamic live performances and are a must for fans of bands like The Libertines, Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes.
DJ Pete Quinn will play indie, britpop and new wave until 1am. More details can be found at www.facebook.com/CER3MONY
