Members to perform at club’s concert

Belper & District Organ Club’s next presentation will feature two members giving a performance at an eagerly-awaited concert.

It will take place on Saturday, March 21, at The Congregational Church, Green Lane, Belper.

Ex-Bakewell postman Jason Lee, who moved to Brighton some years ago to devote more time to making music and developing keyboard software, is returning to the area for this special evening.

He will be joined by the club’s concert secretary Nigel Dawes.

Jason and Nigel have performed together several times in club charity concerts, helping fellow members to raise several thousands of pounds.

They have both played locally over the years in pubs and clubs across the region and also at organ and keyboard festivals at Weston -Super-Mare.

This will be an evening of popular music is assured with solo and duet spots played on the latest Yamaha and Key B organs.

Admission to see this concert is £5 for members and £7 for non-members, including refreshments.

Everyone is welcome t come along to an evening of varied and enjoyable music.
