A DOUBLE header featuring two top blues acts will take to the stage in Kirkby tomorrow night.
Miller’s Snooker Club, in Diamond Avenue, is hosting the Mick Rutherford Band and Fade to Black for a fundraising event in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
Lead guitarist Mick Rutherford has been in various bands since the 1960s including prog rockets Ice. The band’s biggest download hit, Love in the Fast Lane, reached number 2 in the Itunes blues single chart.
Five-piece band Fade to Black features Catherine Cross on vocals and will bring new CD Mutatis Mutandis.
Ticket are £4. Doors open at 8.30pm.
