Swapping food for funky moves...

An old restaurant on Alfreton’s High Street has been converted into a dance school which is due to open next week.

Hill’s Restaurant is currently being converted into Stargaze Dance Academy, where it will be opening its doors to lessons in ballroom, Latin American, modern and classical sequence and many other styles for all ages.

There will be tea dances, social dances, theme nights and special events.

Principal of the school, Amy Heald, is an IDTA-qualified teacher who has trained champions both at regional and national levels.

It will open on 4th August.
