Laughs across city's venues

The Nottingham Comedy Festival is back for the eighth time, this year running between November 4-12.

Featuring over 100 shows in 23 venues across the city, the festival will have more variety than before. This year, there is more focus on other forms of comedy, aside for stand-up. Venues such as The Loft House, Ned Ludd and Malt Cross are all solely for alternative forms of comedy, suchas improv, sketch, character acts.

The ever expanding Nottingham comedy scene also has a much larger presence, with performances by local acts such as MissImp, Liam Webber, PariaTheatre, Andy Fowler, Jeanette Bird-Bradley, to name a few.
