Lewis Trimmer, Ryan Goward, Jamie McGhee and Warren Burrell have all agreed one year contracts.
The young quartet were offered one year deals four weeks ago.
Their acceptance immediately doubles the size of Paul Holland's squad with four players currently under contract, though Alex John-Baptiste has made a transfer request.
Trimmer, 18, has made three substitute appearances for thefirst team, and was the youth side's top goalscorer last season.
He told mansfieldtown.net: "I'm very happy with the deal I've been given. I am looking forward to breaking into the first team.
"I am here to score goals, that's what I'm here for, and I scored quite a few towards the end of last season which gave me the opportunity to play at Dagenham & Redbridge."
Goward, 18, has made two senior appearances for the club while Burrell, 18, made his first team debut on the final game of last season away at Dagenham and Redbridge.
McGhee, also 18, played in two first team games in the 2006/07 season.
