Mansfield Town find themselves in the BSP top five after just two games following Tuesday evening'a hard-earned 1-0 home win over the part-timers of Histon.
That is four points from a possible six for side recruited and throw together in just five weeks by new boss Billy McEwan who admitted after his maiden Mansfield win: "We didn't know what we were going to do as this is a brand new outfit.

"We have no track record as we've never played together before. So anything we get is a bonus.
"But the first two results will gave us confidence and belief.
"We showed great character to come from 2-0 down at Ebbsfleet and we showed the same again tonight.
"You are not going to be in total control of games all the time and other teams are going to put you under pressure.
"It's how you cope with that pressure and I thought we coped well tonight.
"I was delighted with the win. I thought that the lads dug in against a very difficult side who threw a lot of bodies forward to try to get an equaliser.
"Our lads put their bodies on the line tonight and made some great tackles and great blocks. I was pleased for the players and for the fans that we won it.
He added: "We were creating chances and playing some nice football but we seemed to stop when we got the goal which disappointed me and I told them at half time.
"We also gave too many free kicks away against a side that thrives on that sort of situation.
"We needed a second goal to kill them off. We knew what they are all about.
"There was a lot of naivety out there, but in the end we were resilient and got the three points."
