MANSFIELD Town's first season in the Blue Square Premier will begin with a trip to FA Trophy winners Ebbsfleet Utd on 9th August - the team bought last season by a fans website.
On Wednesday morning the Conference fixtures were released and they also include a first home match against Histon on Tuesday 12th August.

On Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August, there is a home tie with Northwich Victoria.

The voyage into the unknown, following May's relegation from the Football League for the first time, also includes a Boxing Day trip to Kettering.

A home match with Burton follows two days later and then on New Year's Day there is a return match with Kettring at Field Mill.

Fellow relegated side Wrexham visit Mansfield on 18th October.

The season ends with a home match against Stevenage Borough on 25th April.

For the fans looking forward to three seaside trips this year, the dates are not favourable weather wise - 31st January at Eastbourne Borough, to Weymouth on 29th November and to Torquay on 1st November.

Ok Chad let's replace the word 'adventure' with NIGHTMARE, because that is what it is an absolute nightmare. Also Histon are not newly promoted. Come on John get your facts right.
I am realy looking forward to such mouthwatering opposition as Northwich Vic on bank holiday monday, I can't wait. It realy makes me want to rush down to the Mill and set up camp to be first in the queue to buy a season ticket. THE QUEUE IS GONNA BE MASSIVE ISN'T IT?? Also I hope the lads enjoyed their 5 a side kick about today. One bonus though lads, at least you know you will be in the 1st team come 9th August!!!!!!!!!

On the BSP web site it says
Admission prices:
Adults £16-17; senior citizens/students £10-11; under-16s £6-£7

Aren't they a quid cheaper than last year.
So who as set them prices???
