Stags' chairman's court case adjourned

MANSFIELD Town FC chairman James Derry, who admits drink-driving, was given unconditional bail until 10th December by Newark magistrates this morning (Wednesday).
Derry (55), of High Street, Collingham, was found to have 60mgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath –– compared to the legal limit of 35 –– when he was stopped by police as he drove along the A46 Newark ring road on 11th May.

The case was adjourned again for further reports.
