21.38: Lewes defeat Grays 2-0 in their fourth qualifying round FA Cup replay to earn a trip to the Stags on 10th November. Click here for report.

20.32: Lewes lead 2-0 at half-time against Grays in their FA Cup replay and look set for a trip to Field Mill in 10 days.

18.28: Stags will find out their FA Cup First Round opponents tonight. Grays and Lewes replay after Saturday's 1-1 draw at Grays with the winners visiting Field Mill on 10th November.

14.30: Stags boss Billy Dearden faces a dilemma over whether or not to have Jon D'Laryea on the bench at the weekend. For full story click here.

16.28: Long-term injury victim Jon D'Laryea came through 75 minutes of a friendly at Notts County this afternoon. The Stags drew 2-2, with Rory Boulding and Ian Holmes the scorers. Click here for full story.

12.50: The club launch a new hospitality package for this Saturday's match against Macclesfield, including the chance to meet former players Kevin Bird, Mick Laverick and Mick Saxby who will also take part in a question and answer session. For full story click here.

12.40: Two Stags' players have been named in the Coca Cola League II team of the week, selected by a panel of experts. Keeper Carl Muggleton and defender Alex John-Baptiste were selected for their heroics during the Stags' 10-man second half rearguard action at Shrewsbury on Saturday.

10.02: Striker John McAliskey definitely ruled out of the match at Shrewsbury, but should be fit to return for the following week's home clash with Macclesfield. Tuesday 23rd October

20.04: Fans travelling to Shrewsbury's new stadium this Saturday are advised that there are no cash turnstiles at the ground and that tickets have to be either bought in advance, or on the day from the Shrewsbury ticket office. Tickets are on at sale at Mansfield Town, see story at mansfieldtown.net. Buying advance tickets at Field Mill will save you £1.

19.02: Chad can reveal that commercial manager at Field Mill Tony Lormor has been given an expanded role as the incoming regime at Field Mill looks to the future. Click here for full story.

15.24: Stags lost 2-1 to Crewe in a behind closed doors friendly at Field Mill today. Rory Boulding was the goalscorer. More importantly for the Stags, long-term injury victims Jon D'Laryea and Gareth Jelleyman came through unscathed. D'Laryea played for 65 minutes and Jelleyman 75 minutes. 13.53: Stags chairman James Derry reveals he has been fined £3,000 by the FA after he admitted a charge of improper conduct following the MK Dons match earlier this month. He has also been banned from all Football League grounds for 28 days, but this part of the punishment for approaching the referee at the final whistle on the pitch, has been suspended for two years. 11.54: Look out for Vegas Showgirls at Field Mill this afternoon as the Stags launch their new-look 50-50 draw, sponsored by the Circus Casino at the Cornerhouse, Nottingham. In addition to the usual cash prize, there will be two further prizes courtesy of the casino, with the showgirls around the ground at the local derby.

Friday 19th October

17.20: Long-term injury victim Jonathan D'Laryea and the more recently injured Gareth Jelleyman came through training unscathed today - together with the rest of the squad - but boss Billy Dearden will only decide if they are among the substitutes for the big local derby on the morning of the match.

15.28: Mansfield Town announce that the club will NOT be selling tickets for the local derby with Notts County on Saturday morning afterall, following a late surge of ticket sales on Friday which means the club is now hoping for a sell-out. Click here for full story.

10.20: Notts County confirm that they have still not sold out their 1,335 allocation for Saturday's derby at Field Mill. There are also many unsold home tickets, too, although the club's decision to open on Wednesday evening to sell tickets paid dividends with many sold during the extra two hours. Nottinghamshire County Council say there is no further news on lifting capacity at Field Mill beyond the slight increase announced earlier in the week to allow for extra away supporters. 10.10: Press conference at Notts County this lunchtime where it is expected the Magpies will announce a new manager before Saturday's derby clash at Field Mill. Steve Thompson was sacked earlier in the week and former Stags' assistant manager John Gannon put in charge.

Wednesday 17th October

18.16: mansfieldtown.net report that there are still more than 1,000 tickets available to home supporters for the all-ticket local derby with Notts County this weekend. The ticket office will be open until 7pm on Wednesday.

15.14: As revealed by Chad earlier this week, the Stags sign a sponsorship deal with Marston's brewery. As part of the deal the Marston's logo will be on the players' shirts and shorts, and its beers, wines and spirits available at the ground. 10.54: John Thorpe, who together with Ian Randall was named first by Chad earlier today as part of James Derry's new team once the takeover is completed, gives his first interview. 18.54: All disabled badge holders will be allowed to park at Field Mill free of charge, says new owner James Derry on the 103.2 phone-in Sport On Friday.

18.49: The new Stags owner agrees to meet with the Stags Fans For Change supporters group during the 103.2 sports p(rogramme.

18.43: James Derry, talking on local radio station 103.2's Sport On Friday, says that redeveloping the Bishop Street Stand is not high on his agenda at the moment and is not part of his takeover plans unless the club moves to a higher division.

18.41: James Derry says he has great confidence in manager Billy Dearden and that the players are behind him, in response to a question from a fan on the 103.2 phone-in, calling on Dearden to go. 'He is the right man for the job," says the new owner.

18.39: One fan on the 103.2 Sport On Friday phone-in tells James Derry: "You are God. Everything you touch will turn to gold." The new Stags owner says: "I hope I can deliver."

18.35: James Derry says the club shop is 'high on the agenda' and is part of 'various ideas'. The new club owner adds on the 103.2 Sport On Friday phone-in that developing the void area near the Executive Lounge under the West Stand is one of many plans for the club.

18.28: James Derry says he will consider various initiatives, such as 'half season' tickets and 'Kids for a Quid, during the phone-in on local radion station 103.2.

18.23: Coun Kate Allsop, responding to James Derry's plea for the district council and mayor Tony Egginton to help - a plea made in Chad earlier this week and again on 103.2's Sport On Friday tonight - tells the new owner: 'Come and talk to us, there is an open door'

18.21: New owner James Derry reveals on 103.2's Sport On Friday that manager Billy Dearden failed in a bid to land Peterborough striker Danny Crow on loan, with the player opting for Notts County instead.
