We can probably see why all our players were on the scrap heap at the end of the Summer now . No one else wanted them so we were left with the scraps after everyone else had had their pick. How does the saying go 'You cant make a silk purse out of a pigs ear'.

Even if we had been drawn away at somewhere like Stalybridge we would have crumbled at another club 'with good players who we cant under estimate' .
So losing to Wrexham will give McEwen an excuse as he will no doubt say 'they are flying at the moment and are above us in the table'. Well Bill MOST CLUBS ARE AT THE MOMENT. Next he'll probably say 'we cant keep giving silly goals away ' and ' Paddy is on a learning curve'................ Or was that what he said last week and the week before.
He wouldnt come out and say 'Yes we were totally garbage like we were at FGR and the players need to show a bit of fight and if they cant then I'll get players in who can. The supporters of this club deserve better than that!!!!!!!... Cant see him doing that as there is always an excuse like it was windy or the ref had a bad game etc.
