INCOMING Stags owner James Derry has been fined £3,000 by the Football Association.
He has also been banned from all Football League grounds for 28 days, but this part of the punishment for approaching a referee on the pitch, has been suspended for two years.
Mr Derry admitted a charge of improper conduct following the MK Dons match earlier this month.
He went onto the pitch at the final whistle to remonstrate with referee Darren Drysdale, after several controversial decisions saw the Stags lose 2-1 after leading 1-0.
On Saturday afternoon Mr Derry told Chad that he would not be commenting further on the incident.
