Stags boss hopes for TV windfall

STAGS boss Billy McEwan has told of his pride at watching his sides past and present battle out a great game of football for the Setanta TV cameras on Tuesday.
And he believes Tuesday's 1-1 draw at York City will help earn the Stags more TV revenue this season.
"Setanta told us it was the best game they had shown all season so far," he said
"So it won't do us any harm for getting more televised matches this season if we have the reputation of playing good football. We had six in a season when I was at York.
"Watching that game I was a very proud guy. I knew before the game that York had a strong squad and I did have a say in that to be fair.
"I built a fair amount of that York squad, without being unjust to people there now who have done a good job after me.
"Both sides tried to play football and my team stood up well against an established side.
"That performance will give us confidence. I know we could have lost it, but we also had a chance to win it and, having gone there to win, I was disappointed we didn't."
