Forgotten midfielder Jon D'Laryea could yet be on the substitutes' bench on Saturday.
The midfield ace has missing since his injury against Notts County on 10th March and in that time has undergone two ankle operations.

Although D’Laryea is still some way short of starting a game, manager Billy Dearden said: “If he feels confident enough then I might put him on the bench on Saturday.

“It would just be a boost for him and for everyone to see him there as we know how much we have missed him.

“Right now Jon needs games but it is hard to arrange a reserve friendly with so many injuries.

“I will speak with him this week to see how he feels about playing some part of a game if we can get one.”

D’Laryea would certainly hope to be part of the squad that travels to Shrewsbury a week on Saturday.
