STAGS Supporters' Association's 'Bananamen' coach drivers caused a stir on the 500-odd mile round trip to Weymouth on Saturday.
SSA's Dean Foulkes explained: "Our McEwans' coach drivers have being looking to dress as Stags Supporting Superheroes all season for a bit of fun and light relief and decided on dressing as Bananamen as he has a yellow and blue outfit!

"It has not been the easiest of times on the road this season and we were grateful to the guys at McEwans Coaches for providing some fun.

"They certainly put some smiles on faces on the motorways and on Weymouth seafront at the weekend!"

SSA only charged £15 to Weymouth on Saturday and were interested to hear that Weymouth fans are being charged £28 to travel the same distance to Field Mill for the return trip in a few weeks.

SSA's next away trip is next Tuesday, 9th December to Kidderminster Harriers - coaches are open to any Stags fans wanting to travel, although priority booking and discounted fares are reserved for SSA members.
