WITH a dire defeat at Dagenham ending Mansfield Town's relegation season today, Paul Holland will this week press the club for a decision on his future and begin to implement his plans for a return to League football.
Holland wants an answer by Wednesday and has already begun to discuss players' futures.
Today's 2-0 defeat for a depleted and lacklustre side also saw skipper Jake Buxton given his third red card of the season for shirt pulling as last man.

"It was a horrible day at the end of a disappointing season," said Holland.
"Now things must be sorted out on and off the pitch. I am sure that is what every single Mansfield Town fan wants
"I want to know my future - hopefully by Wednesday at the latest. I have spoken to people and was told to get the weekend out of the way.
"We have had a chat and I have got to come up with a plan that I think will move this football club forwards.
"I have a list of players I want to leave the club and a list of players I want to bring in. I believe a massive change in personnel is the way forward.
"Today proved we need an absolutely massive clear-out.
"I have already spoken to six or seven players with League experience already who want to come to Mansfield Town.
"I have my own ideas. Today showed what we need.
"I have spoken individually to our current players and inevitably some have already got clubs interested in them."
Holland was forced into five changes through injury and illness today and added: "We had to get by with what we'd got though I was going to put the kids on later whatever happened.
"I thought Jake Buxton's sending off was a strange decision. I think it changed the game. With him off and a very young side out there by the end it was tough.
"We went behind from a set piece and we struggled with them all day. It doesn't help when your three main headers are out.
"Coming to a place like this it was always going to be difficult with Dagenham's fans and players quite rightly in party spirit after managing to stay up.
"But our supporters were magnificent. It must have been a horrible day for them. But they have been brilliant all season. You couldn't ask for anything more and those behind the goal today were definitely the true Mansfield Town fans."
