STAGS fans gave their verdict to would-be owner John Batchelor's plan to rename Mansfield Town as fictional TV team Harchester United on the terraces during Saturday's derby at Notts County.
Thousands sung out the chant: "Harchester? You're having a laugh!"

On Friday Chad.co.uk revealed Mr Batchelor's bizarre idea to change the Mansfield brand to Harchester - a team featured in Sky TV soap opera Dream Team.

I walked round notts all day wearing a harchester shirt for the laugh. But im completely agaisnt the idea just wanted to make fun of it.
