POLICE predict future arrests will be made in connection with the assault on Mansfield Town FC owner Keith Haslam.
The controversial boss of the Stags sustained minor head injuries after he was attacked in the boardroom shortly after Saturday's home defeat at Field Mill, which left the club on the brink of relegation.
Several fans tried to storm the directors area and some managed to avoid a wall of police and stewards to reach the boardroom, where Mr Haslam was assaulted.

A 45-year-old Mansfield man who was initially arrested in relation to the incident has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Chief Inspector John Eyre explained: "We are investigating what happened when supporters converged on the boardroom and the subsequent attack on the club's owner.
"We have seized CCTV of the event and are studying the tapes to identify those involved and to progress the inquiry - that may involve further arrests.
