Division Two action saw Kimberley Miners Welfare AFC make it five wins out of six as they stayed top of the league thanks to a 2-1 win over Watnall Athletic.

Shaw Hutchinson put Kimberley ahead with a shot into the corner of the net after half-an-hour, but Watnall pulled themselves level when keeper Sam Doherty couldn’t hold a shot and Stephen Benbow bundled the ball home.

After Watnall had seen Liam Hutchinson sent off for two yellow cards it was his namesake Shaw who would have the final say, his goal in the 90th minute sealing the win for the hosts.

Underwood Villa Reserves are tenth after Ashley Foster’s goal helped them to a 1-1 draw with Bilborough.
