Notts County sign striker Chris Iwelumo on loan from Watford
Notts County have confirmed the loan signing of experienced frontman Chris Iwelumo from Watford after a busy deadline day at Meadow Lane.
Iwelumo (34) is capped four times at international level for Scotland and has experience of top-flight football.
The imposing 6ft 3ins frontman will add power to the County attack ahead of a busy festive period.
Iwelumo has enjoyed plenty of success throughout his career, having gained three promotions with Brighton & Hove Albion, Colchester United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
He will be available for the Magpies’ weekend fixture with Swindon Town at Meadow Lane (3pm kick-off).
