It’s all to play for at the top of the Precision NSL Senior Division following results in midweek.

Hucknall Rolls Leisure got back to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over Ruddington Village. They’re still third, however, after Selston defeated league leaders Kimberley Miners Welfare 3-2 at the Stag Ground on Wednesday after going behind twice.

Hucknall travel to The Strand to take on Attenborough this weekend.

Ex-Bulwell player Robbie England got off the mark on Tuesday and looks to have given Rolls’ forward line a new sharpness after they had drawn a blank in their three previous league matches.

Attenborough are struggling for players at the moment due to injuries and work commitments. Stephen Oldham (hamstring), Adam Nelson (back) and Courtney Samuels are out. Giorgio Vitali has a long term injury which may need an operation.

Boro come into the game on the back of an encouraging 2-1 victory over local rivals Beeston in midweek.

Boots Athletic host Magdala Amateurs at Lenton Lane in a repeat of the NSL Senior Cup semi-final.

The Chemists won that 1-0 with Mark Harrison’s last minute strike proving significant.

Ash Harrison returns to the Boots squad with Antwon Bonnick (groin) a doubt.

Magdala recorded a 3-0 win over Hucknall Rolls Leisure 10 days ago but have since suffered disappointing defeats to both Kimberley MW and Keyworth United.

In a mid-table clash at Elms Park, Ruddington Village will entertain FC Cavaliers.

Village suffered a 2-0 reverse against Awsworth Villa last weekend which ended their opponents’ nine game losing streak.

Things didn’t get much better in midweek when they lost to Hucknall.

Cavaliers are unbeaten in five matches, a run which includes a 7-0 victory over Bilborough Town.

In Division One, top of the table Kirton Brickworks can seal promotion if they win away at Magdala Amateurs Reserves.

The Brickies would also claim the title if they can better West Bridgford’s result in their match against bottom club Nottinghamshire.

Kirton will be without Adam Boddy through suspension but Kyle Nicholson returns to the squad.
