MANSFIELD TOWN this week unveiled Keith Burnand as their new club secretary.
Mr Burnand has a wealth of experience in the role, having amassed 10 years’ experience in the job.
After four years as secretary of Staveley Miners Welfare, Mr Burnand joined Ilkeston Town in the same position, where he stayed for six years.
A brief spell at Worksop Town then followed before making the move to Field Mill.
Speaking to www.mansfieldtown.net, Mr Burnand said: “I’m highly delighted to be here.
“I received a call from John Radford two or three weeks ago to see if I would be interested in taking the role.
“The opportunity of working for a club like this was too good to refuse.”
“Everybody has made me feel very welcome,” he added.
