Glapwell moved back into the top six as a goal in either half saw them record a comfortable 2-0 victory over Ollerton Town.
The start of the game was scrappy with Jamie Senior twice blazing efforts for the visitors at Town Hall in this Central Midlands match.
Glapwell had a couple of chances of their own but Josh Parfitt twice failed to hit the target with headers.
The deadlock was broken three minutes before the break, though, when Parfitt’s shot beat the keeper and was bundled in at the back post by Lee Naughton.
The lead was doubled on 58 minutes when Parfitt did brilliantly inside the area before finishing low inside the near post.
And James Whitfield really should have made it three on 74 minutes but he rushed his shot when he had all the time in the world, dragging wide of the far post.
The game finished with relative comfort for Glapwell who move back up to sixth after a second successive victory, and clean sheet.
