REPRESENTATIVES from sports clubs in Newark and Sherwood are being invited to the second meeting of an organisation set up to help the development of local sports clubs.
The Newark and Sherwood West Sports Council was set up by the sports development team at Newark and Sherwood District Council, and Paul Baggaley, chairman of the Newark and Sherwood Sport and Physical Activity Partnership.
The second meeting of the west sports council, which is for clubs in Rainworth, Ollerton and surrounding areas, will be held on Monday, 14th December at the Joseph Whitaker Sports College, Rainworth, from 7pm.
