Heather seeks backing for Olympic dream

PROMISING Mansfield Puma Taekwondo Club member Heather Banner is appealing for sponsorship backing to help her achieve her dream of competing in the 2012 London Olympics.
In under three years she has gone from white belt beginner to medal winner, taking two silver and two bronze medals at her first four competitions.
Heather then came third in her weight category at the British Nationals last November for another bronze.
“My aim is to take part in the 2012 Olympic Games but to get to London I need sponsorship to help me take part in competitions and get better at what I am doing,” she said.
“I would advertise your company on the back of my taekwondo suit at fights I attend.”
