MR Junior Kenneth Mead, left, is pictured instructing members of Shirebrook Ladies in Motion (SLIM) in tai chi on Wednesday week, at the village hall.
Chairman, Mrs Jill Mee, welcomed the members, aged from 35 to 80 years, to the session where Mr Mead concentrated on teaching relaxation techniques and about health and wellbeing.

New members, male or female, are welcome and the first class is free. Contact SLIM secretary Rachel Kitson for details on 744435.
