Nether Langwith pensioner accused of murdering his wife

AN 81-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with the murder of his wife at their Nether Langwith home.
The body of 77-year-old Eunice Carr was found at the couple's Langwith Lodge Drive property on 28th May.
She was discovered with serious head injuries.
Her husband Arthur, who was wearing a tweed-style suit during a short appearance before Mansfield magistrates on Friday afternoon, was remanded in custody until 22nd August.
