Pupils from 24 Mansfield, Ashfield and Bolsover schools have been taking part in a variety of creative activities at the tourist hotspot since Monday, including photography, drama, visual arts and crafts, dance, filming and music.

amme runs from 12noon-3pm and includes the opportunity to share the pupils' creative experiences of the week –– organised by Creative Partnerships BAM –– enjoy a barbecue picnic in the Crags and take part in a creative treasure trail.
Said Chris Batstone, director of Creative Partnerships Bolsover, Ashfield and Mansfield: "Pupils and teachers will let their imaginations run free and produce work which showcases and celebrates the incredible depth of talent we have in the area.
"We are hoping there will be plenty of support for the young people on the Saturday when we are urging everyone to come along and share in a wonderful day of celebration at a stunning venue."
Shine Week is a national festival to celebrate the talent and achievements of young people across schools and organisations.
