A BOLSOVER dad-to-be who caused a disturbance in a pub after midnight has been fined by magistrates.
Ryan Memory was in the West End Hotel in Killamarsh at 12.15am on 13th June when the incident occurred.

Prosecutor Angela Hadfield told Chesterfield magistrates: "He was in drink and he asked for a pint. He was refused service by the landlord because he was barred.

"He then began to cause a disturbance, swearing at the licensee, his wife and customers in the public house."

Mrs Hadfield said all around him tried to calm him down but he had to be removed from the pub until police arrived.

Jobless Memory (24), of Redacre Close, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour and was fined £50, with £60 costs, and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge to a victims of crime fund.

He said nothing about the offence but told the bench he had a baby 'on the way' and needed all the money he could get.
