SHIREBROOK Town moved out of the NCEL Premier Division danger zone last night after beating Parkgate 2-0 away.
With the game seemingly heading for a 0-0 draw the confident Derbyshire side struck through Simon Johnson in the 78th minute, before Daniel O'Donnell wrapped up the victory with a penalty on the stroke of full-time

It was a superb three points for the struggling Derbyshire side, who have now picked up 10 points in their last four outings having previously lost all of their league fixtures.

Town's new-found form will now be severely tested at the weekend when they go head-to-head with promotion chasing local rivals Rainworth, who have won their last six league encounters.
