Ollerton Hall developer in court

THE developer of Ollerton Hall, who is accused of breaching a temporary stop notice served by Newark & Sherwood District Council, appeared at Worksop Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
Kevin Pullan –– of Pullan Developments of Sheffield –– is accused of three counts of breaching the temporary stop notice imposed on 25th April after councillors spotted work being carried out at Ollerton Hall which did not come under the existing planning permission.

Pullan is also accused of carrying out work on an extension on the site, which is part of a listed building, that would affect its character as a building of special architectural or historic interest.

He will next appear on 10th July at Worksop magistrates.
